Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: A. Recruitment and Staffing: 1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews 2. Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events 3. Help with the onboarding process for new hires B. Employee Relations: 1. Support employee engagement initiatives 2. Assist in organizing team-building activities or events 3. Address basic employee inquiries and concerns C. Documentation and Record Keeping: 1. Maintain and update employee records and databases. 2. Assist in preparing HR documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and employee handbook
