1. Building a ethics culture in GMR group by
a) By collecting intelligence about misconduct & fraud and investigating wrong doings of employees, vendors etc.
b) Investigating cases and preparing reports thereof
c) Developing appropriate countermeasures for process gaps identified
2. Supporting Group Head in activities like MIS, AOP, Minutes of Meeting , Preparation of notes & presentations,
Payments, Travel, Award applications, etc..
Executive Duties
i. AOP , Strat plan preparations,
ii. Prepare material for various reviews by Top Management (BCM / GCM etc.)
iii. Monthly MIS
iv. Do the procurement to payment release process for E&I procurements of Revenue & CAPEX items ( PO, PR release & follow ups)
v. Support preparation of award applications,
vi. Admin. Tasks for Group Head & team
vii. Support Business excellence activities of E&I ,
viii. Management and Updation of the entire database of E&I
ix. Preparing of Minutes of Meeting
x. Follow up of ATR points.
xi. Support for conducting Ethics Council / Ethics Committee and such other bodies.
i. Supporting Group Head in Top management meetings and in driving ethics related issues
ii. Coordinating meetings such as Ethics councils for all sector- Energy, Airport & T&UI, reviews, etc..
Supportive Duties
(a) CONDUCTING INVESTIGATIONS
i. Collecting intelligence about misconduct & fraud and investigating wrongdoings of employees, vendors etc.
ii. Extraction of Data from SAP & Other sources and conducting data analytics
iii. Field Intelligence collection
iv. Investigation
v. Preparation of Enquiry reports
(b) System Improvements:
Follow up for implementation of System improvements for process gaps and loop holes identified in course of investigations or otherwise
General / Other work
i. Travel & Hotel booking
ii. Settlement of Bills/ Invoices
iii. SAP work for Departmental payments
iv. Preparation of ERF and other forms as per requirement of Department.
v. Follow up for Various tasks with E&I Staff based in other Location / Sites
vi. Arrangement of Department Monthly stationary requirement.

Human intelligence: Collection & verification of intelligence
Using external consultants for investigations where required
Interactions with vendor- for procurement to payment process and for getting new proposals for E&I initiatives

Educate people in the organization and among vendor about ethics
Interact with depts. To develop systems to identify areas where risk is possible and develop preventive measures proactively and proactively to avert the problems
Candidates with the following education / qualifications are preferred :
i. Those having a MBA Degree / Degree and Diploma in IT/ Electronics / Data Analytics / Finance and Other related fields.
Personality traits of good communication, inquisitiveness, intelligence, tenacity & good organizing skills are important
Experience: cross functional & cross business/ sectoral experience of over 10 years is valuable
Experience of performing Support function : 8-12 Years
