· Screening, redirecting, and responding to email correspondence, as appropriate & book travel tickets if required for owner
· Give key reminders of activities coming up and support with organising and preparing meeting materials at least 24hrs in advance
· Support with presentation creation; formatting and spell-checking papers; help with building reports and information in a digestible and presentable format
· Build effective relationships across all levels of the organization from the leadership team to junior colleagues to ensure you’re connected to what’s going on
· Know ‘who’ across the business can provide you with critical information, support you with what you need
· Support the Marketing & Communications teams by attending international buyers.
· Represents the management to customers, suppliers, external consultants, internal consultants, government bodies, agents and other agencies at the request of the Owner.
· Review and summarize reports and documents; prepare background documents as necessary and present a comprehensive MIS to management.
· Attend and coordinate various meeting from Owner’s office and look after day to day activities
Qualifications/Eligibility Criteria
· Experience with handling international buyers is must
· CS course or MBA Marketing
· Self-starting and proactive about thinking what’s needed
· Highly attentive to detail with strong organisational and planning skills
· Confident managing projects and following them through to conclusion
· Honest, professional, responsible, discreet and able to act with the utmost confidence at all times
· Assist the Owner to analyse, review and drive the business excellence processes.
CS or MBA with respective specializations Marketing/Finance/Operations/Systems.
