Minimum qualifications:
8 years of experience in Network Test Automation, Test Engineering, Programming, Coding, and Network Design.
Experience developing and automating networking products, technologies, software, protocols, and writing networking automation.
Experience with design and implement LAB network matching production environment, tooling for configuration and debug of devices, as well as design tests to verify interoperability between vendor gears.
Experience identifying network problems, writing documents to describe test plans and procedures, and executing and publishing results of test plans or process documentation.
Experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting distributed systems.
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to identify a test design for a problem while addressing the majority of the constraints.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Define and describe network problems, write documents to describe test plans and procedures, and execute and publish results of test plans or process documentation for Google-wide use.
Own outcomes for multiple projects or a single mission-critical project as a key individual contributor, and influence the contributions of others.
Develop project roadmap, establish project goals, coordinate resources, and provide technical leadership with long-term objectives with direction from senior leaders as needed.
Manage timelines and project plans for simple features and see them through to completion.
Mentor and act as a technical resource for team members (e.g., guide others on feature testing, give advice on integration of technical efforts and strategic approach to test design).
