Experience with SAP technical depth including architecture, applications, and implementations.

As a Technical Program Manager, you lead multi-disciplinary projects. You will plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project life cycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it’s your job to keep everyone coordinated on the project’s progress and deadlines.

Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and other cross-functional partners to define requirements, schedule, resources, and milestones.
Utilize technical judgment to support Engineering, resolve small technical bugs, setup configurations, build dashboards/tools to support Engineers, and maintain the infrastructure.
Facilitate team discussions, drive issues to resolution, help identify risks and mitigations.
Define and document program management processes. Create dashboards, scripts, and tools to improve the software development process.
Manage bug filing/tracking, run effective team meetings, implement project management tools/processes, and communication models.
