Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare and organize meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and information are available.
• Support other administrative work for the CEO’s office.
• Be proactive in assessing the requirements of the day’s / week’s work.
• Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, anticipating the CEO’s needs.
• Coordinate and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow.
Qualification:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in office software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
