In the IT Organization (IT), we are looking for visionaries who are willing to push boundaries to help us rewrite the rules for HP Inc . The IT will accelerate transformation through embracing agile new ways of working, investing in the digital literacy of our workforce, and using the power of data, AI, automation, and robotics to extract cost and complexity from across our business.
The Enterprise Business Planning program is transforming how HP does enterprise-wide planning and forecasting, from WW LTP to weekly account planning in countries. This effort is multi-dimensional in nature, including (1) elements of organizational design, (2) process redesign, (3) applying sophisticated technology and application tools, and (4) leading advanced change management techniques to deliver the full value of large-scaletransformation. Our vision is to enable seamless collaboration across sales, category, finance and supply chain supported by digital solutions .
RESPONSIBILITIES
Understands business management processes and drives design of digital solutions
Deep understanding of the solution requirement and guidance to development, data integration, testing.
Development and coordination of rollout activities
Implement robust process and governance for development, testing, deployment, service transition , hyper care, regular support
Design , Implement, Deploy Data integration Solutions, data integration pipes , process and solutions (ETL)
Design and Develop DevOps framework for CI /CD
Ensure all the deployments are aligned with DevOps practise and process .
Setup robust data orchestration, data load framework and process, best in class DQ checks
Acts as liaison between program leadership, cross-functions, IT and core program team
Defect triaging, ticket creation, ticket assignment and resolution
Design and implement automated monitoring framework with automated alerting mechanism on defect or performance degradation.
Reports frequently on projects evolution, overcomes roadblocks or proposes alternatives; seeks for guidance and forces decision making as needed
Assures designs and project activities are in compliance with data policies, architecture, security and quality guidelines and standards.
Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into organization wide projects and activities in the big data space.
Provides guidance and mentoring to less experienced staff members.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
Typically 9+ years’ experience.
Knowledge & Skills
Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
Deep understanding of Data Integration (ETL) architecture
Expert level development experience with Azure data integration
Hands on experience on bigdata systems, Hadoop, Hive, Talend
Hands on experience on Azure DevOps, ADF, ADB, ADW, Azure Storage , key vault
Working experience with Reporting and monitoring tools such as Power BI
Development knowledge and understanding of Business Planning solutions and concepts
Business acumen and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with agile project management concepts (SCRUM)
Additional skills that will be considered a plus:
Azure certifications – AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-400, DP-203
Business Intelligence background ( PowerBI, Thoughtspot, Tableau, databases)
Experience in using Service now
