The Managed Print Services & Solutions provides to Enterprise and Corporate customers a combination of HW, Supplies, Financing and Services. The Managed Print Services Business is expanding and is a strategic growth area to HP.
Job scope/summary:
The Global Program Manager role involves management and coordination of group of projects that are part of a program and focuses on the projects interdependencies to help determine the optimal approach for managing them towards successful transition and implementation of HP Managed Print Services (MPS) with highest Total Customer Experience (TCE). The main objective of this role is to ensure that the implementation meets program scope, timeline, and budget expectations.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
Understanding of the MPS contractual world
Manages end2end the MPS program on a global level.
Accelerate Time 2 Revenue through cross country prioritization and proactive risk mitigation.
Monitor and control of all contracted country/regional projects in a timely manner and within budget
Onboard and Mentor Project Managers on program specifics such as governance model, deployment processes etc.
Define the project methodology, goals and deliverables.
Plan and schedule project timelines.
Act as a single point of contact for all contractual and account specific process matters.
Provides project status updates & reporting to program stakeholders and senior management.
Manage client expectations and escalations on global level.
Act as SPOC for any HP internal program escalations.
Manage high-importance and high-impact risk and issue items on global level.
Collaborate with internal teams to set global templates.
Education (degree) and professional experience required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
+7 Years of Program/Project Management experience in IT or Transition and Transformation services or equivalent
Client facing experience (face-to-face or remote)
Managed Print Services knowledge and experience is considered strong advantage
