If you are a senior Talend ETL and BI developer in India, you will have a chance to

• Responsible for building and managing data pipelines which includes ingestion and delivery of batched data and streaming data from multiple sources. You drive the effectiveness, efficiency within the team and related systems

• Build software modules required for extraction, transformation and loading of data to support the support demand reduction and automation initiative

• Implement best practices for overall data processing and supportability

• Collaborate and maintain strong working relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of quality data

Detailed Requirements / Preferences:

• Demonstrated ability to absorb, and understand new information, technologies, and practices quickly

• Good communication and customer facing skills, able to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholders (both technical and business users)

• Design and develop data ingestion pipelines

• Document and maintain project artifacts

• Proven experience in developing and deploying BI solutions including ETL

• Knowledge and experience with ETL technologies such as Talend, Informatica

• Demonstrated experience with software development lifecycle methodologies (SCRUM / Agile)

• Experience in RDBMS (MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle SQL Server) and knowledge of emerging technologies including NoSQL is required

• Experience in writing complex SQL queries is required

• Experience in providing data analysis and data validation

• Working knowledge of visualization and intelligence tools such as PowerBI, JavaScript frameworks, Python

• Must be a team player

Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

• At least 8 years of work experience as a Talend ETL and BI developer or similar role

• Worked in geographically diverse teams

• Experience transforming teams and organizations to new methodologies
