Job Description
- Be the ‘Gatekeeper’ for the CEO
- Manage Calendar
- Draft & send emails, once approved
- Take and make phone calls
- Manage small details of the projects led by the CEO
o I.e., Progress, timeline, quality of work for each project.
o Being able to analyze drawbacks or root causes of delays / complication
- Be a sounding board
- Prioritization of tasks and projects requiring the CEO’s attention
Requirements
Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration:Top 20 B school with minimum 7.5 GPA in –
o Finance/ Business Operations / Business Management / International Business
Experience
- At least 12 months experience in business operations / management / analytics
- Any form of corporate experience (preferred)
- Previous experience as a executive assistance (preferred)
