Responsibilities
Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data into HRIS and other related HR systems
Partner with Talent Management team on data updates and integrity, including organizational hierarchy updates and any other relevant employee data
Partner with Talent Operations and Decision Support on regular data and process audits
Address basic Talent Policy and/or process questions for employees accurately and within a 24-hour time frame includes resolving
Maintain Employee Records – File and ensure accuracy, organization, retention and compliance of HR and employee files
Assist with Separation Processing – document preparation, appointment scheduling, survey administration
Support the Performance Management processes for midyear and year-end
Update/maintain all HR Policy and process documents as instructed by Talent leadership
Provide consultative advice and support to managers to address issues impacting the business, including mitigating risk and managing situations that result in the best possible outcomes for the company, teams, and people
Partner with Talent team to roll out all key people processes (check-ins, compensation reviews, benefits, development programs, HR Operations) while owning these cyclical HR processes including engagement survey, performance management and merit cycle processes
Policy Development, Interpretation & Administration including maintaining employee handbook, HR Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as required, to adhere to new regulations
Grow in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience as a HR generalist / HRBP
Prior experience working with Human Resource Information Systems/solution (HRIS) required
Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and persuasively
Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, changing environment that is going through high growth
A self-starter with the demonstrated ability to take initiative and act with urgency
Strong results orientation and attention to detail
Demonstrated customer service orientation
Ability to always maintain confidentiality and utmost discretion
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks/projects as assigned
