– front office executive/receptionist
_Key Responsibilities: _
– reporting to HR Head and assisting with administrative tasks
– complete responsibility of front office including answering phone calls and forwarding calls to respective departments, scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings and events.
– greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– handling enquiries and sorting mails
– copying, scanning and filing documents
– keeping track of office supplies, stationery etc and placing orders for replacements.
– greeting clients and setting a positive office atmosphere
– organising and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary
– creating and maintaining updated documents and spreadsheets
– overseeing the sorting and distribution of incoming mails
– preparing outgoing mail items such as envelopes or packages
– operating office equipment such as photocopier and printers
– bookkeeping and issuing invoices
– recording meeting minutes and dictations
_Education and professional qualifications_
– minimum bachelor’s degree
– 2 to 4 years of front desk experience in a corporate organisation.
– excellent written and verbal communication skills
– working knowledge of computer software, such as word, excel and PowerPoint tools
– comfortable with handling epabx, printers, fax, emails, scanners, projectors
– friendly and smiling personality
Preferred location: south Delhi
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
