Job Description

Job Summary

• Education : BE/ B.Tech (Engineering), Diploma- (Electrical, Electronics / Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Computer & IT )
• Working in Filed of : IBMS, BMS, FAS, PA, CCTV, ACCESS CONTROL
• Assisting in design stage at consulting engineers and also with the contractors who eventually deliver the works.
• Evaluate the technical specifications and drawings from tender.
• Co-ordinate with Design Department for submission and approval of Drawings from consultant / client.
• Help in Preparation of Bar Chart for Drawing submission, material submittal submission which is to be given to respected Project.
• Meeting with Consultant/Client timely for project activity schedule.
• Get the Final Quantities of all the material from the Design Department and send it to the Project Manager / engineers for processing the Amendments.
• Participate in meetings with vendors for technical/ commercial discussions and evaluate as per specifications.
• Monitoring the contractor work as per schedule for timely work completion.
• Co-ordination with commissioning team and collection of data analysis done by commissioning team.
• Preparation of DQ/IQ/OQ documentation
• BE/Diploma with 7 years experience in similar field
• Experience in Building Management Systems ( Johnson Controls/Siemens/Honeywell or similar preferred.)
• Basic knowledge of HVAC system and Electrical works Mandatory. Software knowledge with Front end graphics design will be an added advantage.
• Experience in handling of complete IBMS project.
