-Handling official e-mails, calls, WhatsApp groups, drafting regular emails on behalf of the institution.

-Handling admission-related communication calls from students, event calendars, and program logistics.

-Assuming the responsibility from the board and delegating the work to the stakeholders.

-Planning, managing and organizing visit of the board.

-Retrieving important files and filing documents, drafting letters and proposals.

–Providing back end support and coordination.

-Accompanying CYL/IIGL board for high-level meetings and interactions for keeping a note of the minutes.
