Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Responsible for installation, configuration, customization of ServiceNow GRC Platform. Integration of ServiceNow GRC with 3rd party tools/applications/platforms Responsible for creating data upload/ mail merge templates for automated data feeds. Participate in workflow analysis and workflow redesign. Produce a detailed technical design document and effort estimation for Proposal to match clients requirements/expectations. Conducting technical demos and working sessions with the client Provide technical guidance to Business Analyst Gathering requirements from the client Advising the client on good practices and recommended solutions Assigning and Reviewing work of technical consultants Mentoring and assisting technical consultants Champion Contender’s delivery methodology and coach technical consultants
Technical Experience :
At least two of experience administering or configuring GRC applications, ideally Policy & Compliance, Risk and/or Vendor Risk Management. At least 4 years of experience interacting with customers (internal or external) Bachelor’s degree in IT or other relevant field, or equivalent experience Experience with the ITIL framework (ideally certified in ITIL Foundations) Ability to develop on the ServiceNow platform including configuration of: o Business Rules o Client Scripts o UI Policies o Catalog Items and Order Guides o Workflows o Table and Form Layouts o Dictionary Overrides o Integration Hub and Flow Designer o Script Includes Strong JavaScripting experience Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (oral and written)
Professional Attributes : Experience leading a team to develop and configure ServiceNow. Experience explaining ServiceNow solutions to business stakeholders. Comfortable interacting with customers (internal or external) at all levels (technician to C-level) Experience with Agile methodology (including story refinement, testing, and scrum) Working knowledge of how configuration management factors into the ITIL framework Working knowledge of ServiceNow SDLC ServiceNow System Admin Certification
