As the IT System Analyst responsible for Supply planning capabilities leveraging Industry standard Enterprise systems, you will be working closely with business team to understand their needs and with cross-functional IT teams to design/develop/deploy/sustain the solutions to meet those needs. Your deep knowledge of the Enterprise applications, supply chain planning processes and challenges in the semiconductor/high-tech industries combined with innovative thinking and passion for continuous improvement, will help Intel attain a competitive edge in supply chain operations as the company embarks on exciting global expansions in manufacturing capacity and innovative product lines. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the capabilities from feasibility assessment through value realization.Responsibilities? Identify needs by interacting with the business community, suppliers, and by keeping current on industry trends and best practices? Enable leveraging industry standard processes and system capabilities across different business units where applicable and provide differentiating capabilities where needed? Ensure backlog queue is well defined, prioritized based on business value and ROI, socialized, communicated and recorded? Work with team leads to ensure functional requirements are complete, translated into technical requirements and the user stories are ready for development? Perform system configuration and work with developers to build, test and deploy the user stories? Identify opportunities for product enhancements and operational efficiencies? Work with business users to define acceptance tests for features and conduct the testing, work with QA team to automate testing where possible? Collaborate with architects to understand and manage dependencies with upstream/downstream systems? Help troubleshoot and fix production defects where needed
Qualifications
? 5+ years as a lead systems analyst focusing on delivering supply planning capabilities on the Blueyonder platform in a global environment
? Excellent understanding of Blueyonder ESP and OP modules and experience with multiple global implementations is a must. Experience with Heuristic and LP-Optimizer solvers is a must. Knowledge and experience with SPARK solver is a plus. Experience in high-tech and semiconductor industry is a plus
? 5+ years in IT solution delivery; experienced with Waterfall and Agile development methodology working with global teams; Understanding and experience with SAFe methodology is a plus
? Strong subject matter expertise in the Supply planning process for semiconductor/high-tech industry and outsourced manufacturing, along with a good grasp of the master data (bill-of-materials, capacity resources and planning parameters)
? Knowledge of integration with SAP for sales order promising and allocation is a plus
? Experience with defining KPIs and developing supply chain analytics is highly desired
? Self-motivated, proactive and proven ability to collaborate well and work cross functionally within the organization
? Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
? Ability to operate as an individual contributor to get the job done; at the same time be able to guide a team toward an objective
? Able to work effectively in a global team environment throughout project lifecycles in a dev/ops environment
? Excellent communication skills both oral and written
? Demonstrated ability to influence others and function as a change agent

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
