Actively participate in relevant team environments and engage across different teams, manage performance, talent retention, career planning and talent development
Ability to understand the business metrics to drive appropriate outcomes
Strong analytical skills with experience of managing and analyzing data
Strong business insight with a keen aptitude to quickly assimilate new information
MBA in HR
Min 6-8 years of HR Operations & Business partnering experience in IT
Ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent people management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner
