Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail- Oriented Admin Station Manager to join our team. As the Admin Station Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day- To- Day administrative operations of our station, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive work environment, managing administrative staff, and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
**Key Responsibilities: **
1. **Administrative Oversight: **
– Supervise and coordinate the activities of administrative staff to ensure efficient operations.
– Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
– Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well- Maintained and stocked.
2. **Team Management: **
– Recruit, train, and supervise administrative personnel, including receptionists, office clerks, and administrative assistants.
– Provide leadership, mentorship, and regular performance feedback to team members.
– Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure adequate coverage and workload distribution.
3. **Office Efficiency: **
– Streamline administrative processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
– Monitor and manage office budgets, including expenses related to supplies, equipment, and facilities.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
4. **Customer Service: **
– Maintain a high standard of customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
– Ensure a welcoming and organized reception area for visitors and guests.
5. **Documentation and Reporting: **
– Maintain accurate records and documentation related to administrative processes and expenses.
– Prepare regular reports on office operations and present findings to senior management.
6. **Facilities Management: **
– Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office space and facilities.
– Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for facility repairs and improvements.
**Qualifications: **
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
– Proven experience in administrative management or a similar role.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
