Responsibilities
– Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, lead generation, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
– Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
– Create content for websites, blogs, and social media.
– Plan and generate creatives for blogs and social media using Canva.
– Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
– Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
– Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
– Manage On-page and off-page SEO for our website.
– Budget planning for paid marketing
– Plan and execute Google Ads campaign & and social media campaign.
– Keep up-to-date with trends
– Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
– Plan and supervise marketing campaigns
– Look into customer relationship management (CRM)
– Website management and optimization
– Social media page optimization
– Track website traffic and other metrics
– Optimize the performance of the website
– Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
– Give ideas as to how to increase ROI (returns on investment)
– Reports performance of all marketing campaigns to senior management
Skills & Qualifications Required
– Good communication skills
– Proven working experience in digital marketing
– Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
– Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
– Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
– Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
– Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
– Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the digital marketing industry
– Ability to generate and analyze data
– Should be able to work under pressure
– Knowledge of various metrics
– SEO skills and knowledge (Hands on experience on Technical, On page SEO)
– Advertising & Marketing Design
– Photoshop, PremierPro, Canva
– Web Design (HTML, CSS, WordPress) will be an added advantage
– Lead Generation
– Content Marketing-Uses of SEO tools like (Ahrefs, Semrush, GTMatrix, UberSuggest, Yoast, Google Keyword Planner, Google Trends, etc.)
