The Executive Assistant will be responsible to provides support to the MD.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Executive calendar
• Schedule Meetings with current clients
• Maintain record of consultations with current clients
• Send marketing and informational messages to current clients
• Follow up with current clients
• Use marketing tools to get new clients ( Incentive given for every new client brought on board)
• Communicate on incoming query calls with potential clients
• Communicate via email on queries coming in with potential clients
• Corresponde professionally and with compassion
• Maintain a calendar of information on all clients
• Corporate Gifting as per the calendar maintained
• Travel Booking Arrangements
• Corporate Reservations
• Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines
• Handle business and personal tasks e.g. records, claims, credit cards, personal appointments etc.
• Work within the frame work as directed
• Drafting mails for different purposes

Job Types: Part-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹180,000.00 – ₹250,000.00 per year
