Launched in 2007, ixigo is an AI-based travel app based in Gurugram, India. ixigo services Indian travellers and their travel utility, planning and booking problems using technology and artificial intelligence. Offering train, flight and bus utility & bookings, the company applies AI for deal discovery, personalized recommendations, airfare predictions & alerts, train delay prediction, PNR confirmation prediction and automated customer service.
Dynamic self-starter with extensive experience in Front Office Management. The person in this role would be responsible for managing the Front Office with coordination between Admin and HR Dept Of ixigo
This is a Full-time position to be based out of our Gurgaon office
Key Responsibilities:
Attending office reception and welcoming guests to the office
Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate party promptly and efficiently
Manage conference call/video conference schedules / coordinate with admin / IT for smooth functioning of the same
Scheduling of meetings/managing the management team’s calendars
Send reminders for meetings / important calls and ensure smooth
Manage complete travel schedule/itinerary / bookings etc. for all official travel
Ability to support and complement the office admin manager in all operational/administrative duties
Coordinate with all service providers (Vendors) for smooth day-to-day operations.
Ability to communicate fluently and great presentation skills
Taking care of dispatch, keeping records for incoming and outgoing Courier.
Maintaining Stock Registers (First aid, Stationery, Daily Consumables, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness in the Front Office area.

At least an undergraduate degree in any discipline.
2-4 years of experience in Front Office Management.
