Roles and Responsibilities :
– Your role would involve day to day interactions with patients, doctors and other staffs which would require fluency in English and good communication skills.
– Ability to work in a interdisciplinary team.
– Ensure patient enrollment and revenue generation in major specialties inside the Rehabilitation Center.
– Keep the referring doctor informed about the treatment progress of the patient.
– Adhere to our corporate policies and patient management.
– Organize, control, and coordinate services as per the regulations
– Oversee the development and implementation of programs and policies for patient services, quality assurance, public relations, and department activities
– Assist with recruitment, consenting, screening, and enrolment of personnel
– Preparing monthly budget report
– Monthly audit of accounts, income and Expenditure therapy wise, Income tax update, revision and update of Therapy / package charges
– Daily Patient Enquiry, Doctor Referral fees, Cash and bank statement update email to the Director
– Maintain Attendance, Leave balance, LOP, employee personnel files etc
– Staff Exit interview, Full and Final settlements, Separation, Termination, Disciplinary actions etc
– Organize, direct, control and coordinate medical and health services in relation to policies set by a governing board.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month with attractive performance incentives.
Hospital Administrator Requirements:
Proficiency in English and good communication skills

Education: MBA (Hospital Administration)
Experience : 2 to 5 years of experience in Hospital Administration
