Personal Assistant: –
Job Description :
· Proper Documentation
· Communication with clients.
· Managing databases
· work to be done as told by reporting Manager
· Manages daily calendar within the email system
· Coordinates small and large meetings (e.g., scheduling conference rooms, coordinating food, note taking, minutes of meeting)
· General office duties such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, flow of correspondence, filing, etc.
· Screen telephone calls, incoming mail, publications and other correspondence, including confidentialinformation.
· Establishes and maintains highly confidential files.
Skills Required:
· Proficient computer skills including MS Office products and web applications.
· Excellent organizational skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills required.
· Results oriented and able to make decisions without direct supervisor involvement and open to work in a multi-cultural environment.
· Must have a positive attitude and flexibility to work outside of regular schedule when special events require admin support
Qualifications :
· Bachelor’s Degree/ Master’s Degree
Additional Information : Required minimum of 2-5 Years’ Experience.
Good Command over Excel, Access and should possess basic knowledge of Computer.
