What You Will Do
This role will focus on delivering professional sales team’s KPIs by:
Strengthen commercial excellence and data analytics capability of professional team
Identifying gaps and build solution for professional sales team effectiveness
Build vision of professional sales IT initiatives and lead development and deployment
Track professional sales team OKRs and identify solutions to drive performance
Key Responsibilities
Create and lead MIS and advanced analytics solutions combining internal and external data to identify key trends and business opportunities
Recommend solutions to drive sales force effectiveness thereby positively impacting professional sales team OKRs
Create business reports by combining sales and field force data points to help understand business health and identify challenges / opportunities
Own professional sales data master data and ensures stability and accuracy
Convert business needs into technical briefs and lead development and deployment of relevant IT projects
Understand sales operation processes of professional team and lead the digitization of the same to minimize manual interventions
Support Director – Professional Sales to drive professional sales team performance by setting up regular review mechanisms
Keep track of key industry trends and tech solution to further strengthen the professional team processes and performance
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications and Experience
Post Graduate studies in Business Management with total experience of 12 years in FMCG / Consumer Healthcare.
Having at least 3 years of experience in Sales Analytics and Reporting and team handling.
Strong understanding of FMCG / Consumer Healthcare GTM and well-versed with-sales IT systems namely, Handheld, SFA, DMS, Master Data Management.
Experience in handling sales IT projects and rolling them out at national level.
Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving, with ability to synthesize large data points to arrive at actionable insights.
Proven track record in collaboration, influencing, stakeholder management, project management and execution skills.
Self-driven, energetic, strong in operations and comfortable with ambiguity.
