• Managing and processing all Travel documentation including, Hotel Accommodation
• Business Meetings as per Director Instruction and making necessary arrangements and support to Administrative smooth functioning
• Scheduling and Fixing up appointments (Official & Personal) for Director / CEO
• Coordinating with HR for Scheduling interviews to the Candidates as per CEO availability Knowledge of preparing power-point presentation and various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases
• To charge of tasks with loyalty towards the organization with full responsibility for the completion of the tasks
• To Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision making skills
• To ability to manage internal and external correspondence
• Excellent Communication –English, Tamil and Should be good in drafting letters
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant will be preferred and looking for Female Candidates, Job location Trichy & Bangalore
