Job Title: Business Support/ Office Assistant/ Executive Assistant

Location: Ahmedabad (Remote role but need to be onsite whenever needed)

Job Summary:
The Business Support/ Office Assistant/ Executive Assistants responsible for coordinating, managing and administrating company-wide micro-management programs and processes to develop, update, track and maintain business tasks and duties as follows.
Description:
– Communicate with b2b requirements and handling vendors
– Back-end website support (Shopify)
– Content Creation (Canva preferred)
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information in a clear and concise manner
– Vendor quotation and invoice processing
– Customer billing
– Periodic or impromptu reporting
– Management support
– Perform other duties as required
Required:
– (MS Office) Excellent Word/Excel/Power Point skills
– Fluent in English
– Social Media Management
– Positive Attitude
– Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, and time management skills desired.
Education/ Experience:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ related field or a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in related field/s desired.

Salary: ₹7,000.00 – ₹8,000.00 per month
