Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our dynamic marketing team and oversee our social media strategy and execution. In this role, you will play a key role in developing engaging content, managing social media channels, and driving brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora and Pinterest.
• Manage social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and insights to track progress, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product development to ensure alignment and consistency across all channels.
• Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to inform social media strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing and implement innovative approaches to drive engagement and growth.
• Involve with your team members for events x social media campaigns x ROI.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; additional certifications in social media marketing are a plus.
• Proven experience managing social media channels for brands or organizations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content creation and optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Passion for social media marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
