Job Description:
1) Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
2) Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries and accommodation arrangements
3) Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
4) Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
5) Take minutes during meetings
6) Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
7) Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Qualification & Skills:
1) Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
2) Excellent MS Office knowledge
3) Outstanding organizational and time management skills
4) Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
5) Excellent verbal and written communications skills
6) Discretion and confidentiality
7) Bachelors Degree
8) PA diploma or certification is a added advantage
9) Must Be Married
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
