Roles amp; Responsibilities
Assist the Performance Marketing Manager in setting up, monitoring, optimizing and reporting on performance marketing campaigns.
Set up and monitor ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Outbrain, and other ad platforms
Identify trends and insights, and optimize campaign performance and spending based on campaign data
Manage media investments to ensure that campaign goals are achieved
Handling end-to-end commutation with allocated clients from requirement gathering to presenting numbers
Develop analytics dashboards to track, monitor and report on campaign performance and ROIs
Collaborate with stakeholders to strategize to ensure execution excellence against paid media channels
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs) and update the stakeholders in a timely manner.
Requirements
0-2 year experience with online marketing and analytics tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics
Experience of frequently communicating with allocated stakeholders on call or any defined medium
Basic knowledge of analytical and marketing tools (Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, etc.)
Good at data processing software/tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Certifications in Google Marketing Platforms and Meta would be an added advantage
