Roles and Responsibilities
– Handle and manage emails
– Handle administrative functions
– Manage and Maintain files, documents, records, Registers, office equipment, office premises
– Handle office keys
– Submit Daily, Fortnightly and Monthly MIS
– Handle office based engagements and branch administration
– Coordinate internal and external calls, video calls, communication and be involved
– Provide support in administration interface where required
– Communicate with employees and clients as per instruction

– Very Good in English Communication – speaking, writing and reporting
– Computer skills – email, MS Word, MS Excel
