Your responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the campus lead, the individual would be required to deliver the following:
1. Campus engagement:
a. Represent the brand on campus and make an impact
b. Build relationships with campus placement teams and faculty representatives to facilitate the campus program across a variety of campuses.
c. Stay up-to-date with campus events (academic and non-academic) and accordingly plan a meaningful and impactful campus calendar for year round engagement and brand building.
d. Be responsible for collecting competitive intelligence from campuses through primary and secondary sources on recruitment, compensation, campus rankings, etc.
e. Work closely with partners and staff during to refine and implement a result-oriented campus program.
f. Identify opportunities for new campus initiatives in order to strengthen the brand.
g. Work with Markets to coordinate merchandize, collaterals, and social media content for campus initiatives.
h. Coordinate with HR BPs and recruiters to plan and execute campus engagement activities.
i. Expense management and budget tracking.
a. Opportunity to support the team on global resourcing and branding projects.
2. Campus hiring:
a. Work with campus placement teams to facilitate on-campus / off-campus hiring events such as pre-placement talks, group discussions, tests, interviews, etc.
b. Program manage and keep a close track on the closure and manage transactional conversations with the stakeholders
c. Work with recruiters to schedule candidates and interviewers and prepare them for campus events.
d. Maintain up-to-date campus database, records of campus offers and joiners, and relevant trackers.
e. Closely work with the recruitment team, HR BPs, Talent Support desk and L&D to design and implement activities of the campus calendar.
