Administrating db2 database on UNIX, LINUX, WINDOWS as per the requirement.
 Configuring and maintaining HADR (Primary, Standby database) for production database for Take-over, Fail-over, activating the standby to primary for zero data loss.
 Applying various databases Fix Pack
 Performing Online, Offline backups
 Performing redirect restore of production db to development Server and Quality Server.
 Applying rollforward recovery on db’s to recover data.
 For Database Maintenance utilities like Reorg, Runstat, Reorgchk, Rebind.
 Performance statistics, managing performance behavior and troubleshooting performance issues.
 Export/import, Load utility to migrate data across schemas, tables.
 Performance tuning using db2advis and db2expln tools.
 Troubleshooting db performance related issues using MONREPORT module reports, taking Snapshot, db2diag, db2pd, db2top.
 Managing User privileges, roles at db level.
 Performing housekeeping of archive logs.
 Monitoring the Databases, tablespaces, and db2 db2diag logs for database errors using Tivoli tool.
 Troubleshooting db2 errors and contacting IBM PMR support for bug fixes.
