Your Role and Responsibilities

VMware Specialist is mainly responsible for maintaining VMware vSphere and Horizon environments in global locations. This position gives a lot of possibilities to work on different systems, technologies (including Storage, Network, and DR)

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3-6 years of experience in administering and architecting vSphere 6.x and Horizon environments.

• Very good knowledge about storage, network, DR/BC and datacenter architecture.

• Feel comfortable working with VC, ESXi, Horizon VDI troubleshooting, installations, updates/upgrades, configuration, patching, shell scripting, monitoring/system logs, user management. Able to work accordingly to process management processes.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Knowledge and experience in vSAN, NSX, VROPS is an advantage.

• Industry certifications as appropriate (VCP, VCAP, MCSA, MCSE)

Required Education Bachelor’s Degree
