Your Role and Responsibilities
Willingness to work in a 24/7 Support Model with three shifts.
Do daily health checks of systems and report to customer.
Present the checklist to customer and discuss about it.
Should have good English language proficiency in writing as well as speaking.
Expected to have good interpersonal communication skill.
Expected to be a good team player.
Capable to implement changes and Service Requests.
Plan and Run various Maintenance campaigns like SAP Kernel updates, DB updates.
SAP Support Package updates etc.
Expected to be an enthusiastic to learn and share knowledge.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Hands on experience on various SAP Solutions like SAP ERP, SAP S4HANA, SAP SCM, SAP SLT, SAP Content Server, SAP Web Dispatcher etc.
Transport Management System.
SAP Client Management.
SAP Spool Management.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
SAP Support Package Updates.
Various SAP Solutions installation.
SAP HANA Installation.
SAP HANA Update.
L2 level skills on DB2 and HANA.
Skills on Maxdb and IQ will be added advantage.
Good to have skills on OpenText Archiving.
Basic Cloud Concepts and experience.
Basic Operating System knowledge on LINUX, AIX, and Windows.
Knowledge of Maxdb.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Experience in change management process in support project.
HANA cluster setup and maintenance.
Knowledge on Rolling Kernel Switch (RKS).
SAP HA Configuration and maintenance.
Experience in other databases like DB2, MaxDB, Oracle and SQL.
Knowledge on OpenText.
Basic Knowledge on Storages.
Basic knowledge on Network File Systems (NFS).
Required Education Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Education Master’s Degree
