3. Monitoring records of parking stickers and arrangement for vehicle parking area with proper security.
4. Monitoring premises electrical, carpentering and plumbing works.
5. Arrangements Conference Hall with Projector.
6. Liaison with Landlord & Parking management.
7. Maintaining Chiller Plant, AHU and Cabs.
8. Monitoring and Ensuring proper safety protocols like Fire, Hazard and Emergency Drills.
9. Maintaining proper horticulture and ensuring effective space utilization.
10 Travel Management of Executives, Guests and Senior Management.
11. Regular coordination with transport vendors.
12. Handling MIS on daily basis and maintaining proper records.
13. Working together with the team in the most efficient manner and support staff.
14. Ensuring the female staff pickup and drop should be follow as per company policy.
15. Ensuring proper behavior of driver and other transport support staff in decent manner with employee.
16. Sale and purchase of company vehicle.
17. Monitoring of staff attendance and roster preparation.
18. Liasoning with Government authority for several approvals.
19. Maintenance of all company vehicle on regular basis.
