Job Description
Develop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with the company’s objectives and brand positioning.
Manage all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, PPC, display advertising, influencer marketing and content marketing.
Work with creative and digital agencies to create engaging and innovative content across various channels including website, email, influencer marketing, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including meta ads, PPC (pay-per-click), display ads, and retargeting efforts, to increase brand awareness and drive targeted traffic to MOD stores & website.
Strategize & implement hyperlocal digital marketing initiatives to help increase transactions across MOD’s store footprint.
Utilize various tools including GMB, Google Analytics, etc to track customer journey, leveraging data to enhance local marketing strategies and drive foot traffic to QSR locations.
Implement and utilize marketing technology to analyze consumer behavior, trends, and market insights to improve the customer experience, optimize digital marketing campaigns and drive online sales.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum ROI. Track attribution of campaigns, channels and platforms to optimize digital marketing spends and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand management, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and technology. Provide thought leadership and perspective to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing goals within the allocated budget.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners including digital agencies, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the performance of the brand’s digital assets and marketing initiatives and recommendations for improvement.
Qualification
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
● Proven track record of at least 6-8 years in digital marketing roles, preferably in the F&B or quick service restaurant industry, or retail.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, ad management platforms, etc.
● Strong technical skills and proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom solutions.
● Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth, online and offline.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
● Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
