Preference: Candidates with good exposure in BTL/ATL marketing.

Reporting To: Branch Manager / Regional Manager (Operationally) & Zonal Marketing Manager (Functionally)
Job Responsibilities:
Develop marketing initiatives to expand customer base and to optimize sales (Primary focus on lead generation and database management)
Executing tie-ups, Promotional Activities and events in markets for primary lead generation
Undertaking promotional activities to ensure brand visibility and awareness in existing and new markets leading to lead generation and business outcomes
Manage Telemarketing and tele calling operations – in-house as well as outsourced
Vendor Management, interfacing with creative and production agencies
Manage the marketing department budget for the branch
Designing and producing marketing collaterals where needed
Oversee corporate communications and other business development activities for the branch
