Job Title
Senior Technician, Data Management
Overview: Responsible for validation of products and platforms ensuring 100% data quality and accuracy.
Role:
Validate reports and follow standardized SOP and checklist
Comply with SLA and deadlines
Proactively identify gaps and provide feedback to improve quality
Apply data extraction techniques and procedures
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
Ability to handle sensitive data and information with professional maturity and per defined process
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
Comply with all data integrity, quality and security policies
Analyze problems, issues and identify solutions timely
Work in a large team to collaboratively work towards meeting goals
Effective communication skills verbal, written and presentation
Excellent problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, strong logical reasoning and analytical skills
Perform manual validation and automation testing
Open to working in 24X7 shifts (including night shifts) with rotating weekly offs and support US business and stakeholders
All about you:
Minimum 1-4 years of experience working on data validation and quality audit
Preferred BSc, BCom, BA
Additional computer training or certification will be an asset
Master’s degree will be an added advantage
Financial domain knowledge is a must
Familiar with Postman or similar tools
Intermediate level with google sheets and excel
Additional certifications in data analysis and quality will be an added advantage
