Major requirements

Minimum 5 years of successful staffing industry recruiting experience (pharma, biotech, medical devices & cros)

Hands-on with recruiting tools i.eBoolean, seo/smo, job boards, li, ats, ai, etc

Self-directed and passionate individual with great attitude, love, and passion for the business

Possess solid planning, time management, communication, decision-making, and presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills during negotiation delivery

Must have strong interviewing and screening skills

Experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices/cros hiring is a must!!
