1. To implement ISO standards
2. Implement Process and ensure it is practiced in all departments
3. Implement Barcode system
4. Digitalization of operations using ERP/CRM Software
5. To assist in hiring technical team.
6. To record power consumption on G7 card
7. Inventory Management
8. Oversee the order processing from technical, mechanical and cosmetic departments to meet shipping deadlines and quality requirements.
9. Develop and implement strategies to improve output and quality.
10. Manage and benchmark the refurbishment process, production and quality control procedures.
11. Assist in the troubleshooting and technical problems to maintain production.
12. Facilitate the training of technical staff/interns.
13. Build and maintain technical department’s infrastructure.
14. Responsible for inventory management, stock levels and security of capital equipment, parts and accessories.
15. Checking of Daily work status with Job Cards of Assigned work.
16. Keep Up to Date records of Spares and Capital Goods Inventory.
17. Keep updated management on regular basis for the requirements of Spares and accessories in coordination with Technical head of the division.
18. Keep up to date records of tools and testing equipment handover to the engineers to carry their work.
19. Regular calibration of testing equipment in Biomedical Division.
20. Packaging and dispatching
21. Proficiently use all test equipment related in the testing of assigned devices.
22. To assist technical head with purchase of parts
23. To maintain the details of inward for capital goods
24. Approving Packing list and submission for verification on dispatch
25. Inspect equipment to accurately identify all device parameters that do not meet OEM documented specifications.
26. Responsible to manage assigned projects and/or sections.
27. To hold the responsibility of the Technical held in his absence in coordination with the service in-charge
