We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Associate Field Technical Specialist to help us build up our business activities.
A Day in the Life
Technical Services Support Medtronic Products
Work with the Channel partners team to ensure customers and prospective customers are technically competent through training, support and field service.
To Train and support the Technicians, Distributors team for all support technical issues.
To conduct product trainings for distributor sales Service force.
To give operational demo at customer site for newly launched products.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of Care Maintenance programs done by Channel members on regular basis
To give field service support Breakdown, Planned maintenance, Installation FCA for IMPL equipment:- O AMR , IONM, Navigation systems, Ventilators, Diathermy, Gadgets and CVG products etc.
Regularly visit existing customers and maintain network for post sales service etc. to reinforce the relationship and understand service gaps.
Plan maintain Standby, Spares inventory to cater to the services of Medtronic product range for assigned territory.
Responsible for completion of any FCA within timelines and as per quality guidelines from BU
Maintaining the dashboard of service activities
Achieve annual service revenue target by selling service agreements, spares, and paid call services.
Must Have- Minimum Requirements
Bachelor in Science /B Pharma/ BE/ BTech in Biomedical Engineering / Bio-instrumentation, Electronics
At least 1 to 4 years sales experience in a technical and dynamic environment.
Nice to Have
Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology, familiarity with Capital Equipments in the ENT or any other medical device space
Be a self-starter, have strong time management and planning skills, and have demonstrated success in working independently
Proven track record of success in planning and executing market growth strategies
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment while meeting deadlines
Experience working with key societies and physician leaders to develop and execute strategic initiatives
