We’re looking for a world-class marketer and leader who will help drive the growth of Business Messaging in India.The ideal candidate will be passionate about Meta and the role of improving business communication at any organization. They will have deep experience in enterprise/B2B marketing in India, with a focus on enterprise SaaS and/or business messaging solutions.The India Marketing lead will partner with the India sales and cross-functional teams, with the primary objective of driving market demand and pipeline in India. The role will entail leading the regional strategy, plans and execution working with local agencies as well as the central Business Messaging marketing team to develop and implement brand awareness, leads, pipeline and deal acceleration.They will be an experienced marketer and strategic thinker who can drive for results – able to move fast and be agile while keeping focused on a marketing strategy that will continue to evolve as the business grows.

India Marketing Lead, Business Messaging Group Responsibilities:
Define strategy, execute and manage integrated marketing plans to maximize brand awareness, demand, pipeline/opportunities and deal acceleration aligned with India BM sales targets
Drive India events, ABM programs, and local content relevancy in close collaboration with the global marketing content, digital, PR/comms, and product mktg teams for BM
Own the India marketing plan and budget
Lead the relationship with the India-based BM sales, customer success, and operations teams, with whom you will partner closely to develop and execute the plan
Collaborate and share plans with other regional and partner marketing leads
Provide India market perspective, audience insights, knowledge and strength to help drive initiatives critical to ongoing acquisition, growth and retention of our most valuable prospects and customers
Manage key agency and vendor relationships to deliver on the marketing plans
Provide sales enablement for optimal lead and sales conversions against the India marketing’s sales pipeline and opportunities goals

BA/BS degree
12+ years of experience in India SaaS/cloud-technology enterprise software companies
Experience in building a successful B2B enterprise marketing strategy driven by content, digital, strategic events, ABM, and data driven analytics
Experience using data and insights to develop and measure effective marketing programs
Experience partnering closely with internal sales organizations
Experience working in a matrixed organization, across multiple time zones and teams, with experience handling the pace and ambiguity that comes with such an always-on, start-up environment
Cross-functional, matrix/stakeholder and leadership skills and experience influencing across all levels of the organization
Communication skills and experience translating complex concepts into simple and intuitive communications
Creative perspective to bring fresh ideas to product positioning and marketing campaigns
Experience operating at the principal level of business
Experience working as an individual contributor and developing teams
