Office Administrative work
· Issuance of PO of outsource vendors, other vendors,
· Processing and verifying invoices related to admin department
· Domestic Travel tickets & Travel Insurance Policies
· Visa Process for cadre
· Keeping details for AMC Contracts
· Maintain Insurance master for various company’s policy
· Office maintenance and required repairing and service follow-ups
· Informing monthly expenditures to outside country offices
· Managing Mobile & Internet Bills for issuance and payments
· Printing of Visiting Card, Letter head, Envelopes as per requirement
· Arranging Conference for meetings
· Director’s Assignments
· Credit card payment processes & reimbursements of Director
Arranging various Policies associated with Director
Experience Required : Minimum 2 years.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
