Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks 2. Conduct initial outreach to candidates via email, phone calls, and social media messages to generate interest in open sales positions 3. Review resumes and applications to determine if candidates meet the basic qualifications for the sales roles 4. Conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ 5. Utilize the company’s ats to track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process 6. Update candidate profiles and application statuses regularly to ensure accurate records 7. Assist in scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers 8. Ensure all necessary interview logistics are in place, including booking 9. Meet and provide interview materials 10. Contribute to employer branding initiatives by sharing content on social media and assisting with recruitment marketing campaigns 11. Work on staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities related to sales recruitment 12. Provide insights and suggestions to improve the organization’s talent acquisition strategies Requirements: 1. Has completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field 2.
