HR Support Analyst

(Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness)

Responsibilities

Talent Management:

• Tier 0: Support the creation, design, and maintenance of SharePoint sites, and other business facing materials and communications.
• Tier 1: Monitor and manage shared Talent Management mailbox, responding to general Talent Management queries and ensuring queries related to specialist Talent areas are actioned, including Talent Acquisition queries.
• Tier 1: Talent COE team support, including team meetings and shared resources.
• Tier 2: Initiate onboarding, feedback, learning and personality assessments, monitoring status and progress, creating and sending reports to team members in a timely and accurate manner.
• Tier 2: Leverage financial systems to set up new vendors, create POs, process invoices, and track payment status.
• Tier 2: Support maintenance of vendor records and information.
• Tier 2: Facilitate and manage translation requests with internal and external translation resources.

Organizational Effectiveness:

• Tier 0: Support the creation, design, and maintenance of resources for SharePoint sites, and other business facing materials and communications.
• Tier 1: Provide administrative support for onboarding communications and processes.
• Tier 1: Provide Perceptyx support as needed.
• Tier 1 & 2: Monitor and manage shared Flexible Work mailbox, and monitor shared Talent Management mailbox, responding to Organizational Effectiveness queries, including related to Workday Talent and Perceptyx.
• Tier 1 & 2: Provide Workday Talent support and governance, including testing enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining information.
• Tier 2: Create and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc reports, including from Workday Talent, Valance, and from internally created platforms and Apps.

General:

• Undertake other shared services responsibilities, such as in periods of high volume or absence, including Talent Development support.
• Perform additional responsibilities, and ad hoc project support, as requested to achieve business objectives, including related to Talent Acquisition projects and programs.
• Escalate feedback and potential areas of improvement regarding projects and programs.
