Job Description

• Experience with Windows Installation & troubleshooting
• Hardware Desktop, Laptop Part Replacement & troubleshooting.
• Creating users, groups, computer, accounts, & Password Reset Block Change in AD
• Creating email accounts in Outlook O365 also Troubleshoot Outlook & O365 related issues.
• Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
• Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments
• Troubleshoot network and wireless connectivity of end users.
• Assist users in connecting Video conferencing applications such as Zoom, Webex, etc.
• Data-Centre Management & Monitoring with proper manner & maintain the logs.
• Good knowledge in Server, Storage & firewall if any changes required as per higher team.
• WSUS & Security Patches Vulnerability related experience & awareness is must.
• Logs & Error Route Cause Identifications for All higher-level Asset with running involvement
• Server, Desktop, Laptop and CCTV related support with asset severity in production side.
• Routine Software & Application’s Awareness and troubleshooting.
• VPN, RDP, Web Meet & Office 365 end users remote, onsite, or Technical assistant on call Support.
• AD, DHCP, DNS, IP4, IMAP POP Knowledge is preferable.
• Should have LAN, WAN, VLAN, Router & Switches Management & working active, passive network diagrams.
• AV, Backup Console & Ticketing Tool related experience & knowledge is required.
• Print Server & Printer Support as well spares related awareness is required.
• MIS, Report Preparation & Documentations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
