Achieve sector profitability:
Prepare and implement business plan of the bu
Monitor financial parameters of each project under the bu and ensure that financial targets are met
Lead efforts to identify opportunities for savings and operational efficiency
Partner with bd and senior leadership in efforts to identify new income generating streams within the sector
Bid outcome and project finalization:
For bids won, participate in bid negotiation meetings with relevant internal stakeholders to discuss the loa, contractual issues and/or concerning aspects therein
Initiates implementation of all project mobilization activities, liaising with internal functions where needed
Work with technical head to scout for and approve third party agencies to carry out necessary investigations.
Project mobilization:
Liaise with internal stakeholders including bd, ro and admin to ensure site offices and lodging is arranged prior to date of commencement
Ensure all project staff, including intermittent professionals, are deployed to the project site as per the staffing schedule
Liase with recruitment team
Engage with the site team to introduce them to the project and set expectations.
Project execution:
Ensure cost-effectiveness by closely monitoring the project budget and all the various moving parts within such as site operating expenditure, vacancies, etc.
Oversee overall manpower deployment and share requirements, if any, with hr to ensure minimal revenue loss due to vacancies
Liaise with local authorities to navigate through any roadblocks that might arise in the project, whether social, political or regulatory
Interact all client, contractor or jv partner escalations and ensure resolution of all issues in a timely manner
Ensure invoices are raised on time and are accurate basis the attendance reports received from site and the man-month as per contract
Liaise with clients and/ or jv partners to ensure payments are received on time and as per contract.
Engage with client and contractor to discuss and sign the necessary documents in case of eot
Help project monitoring group in getting accurate and timely data inputs
Quality:
Drive client satisfaction by ensuring delivery if high-quality reports/ deliverables
Oversee quality audits are thorough and precise so as to mitigate risk for rodic at an organizational level by making sure that a predefined set of quality checks are being followed which are standard across the organization
Ensure timeline adherence for carrying out special projects/ initiatives suggested by management to improve rodic`s current offerings
Project closure:
Assess project execution team members to be released from active projects and the potential for them to be realigned to upcoming projects/ retained centrally and share the same with hr
Ensure all the necessary documentation and certification required is collected and shared with the client prior to raising the final invoice
Liaise with the admin team to ensure all bills are paid off for services rendered during the project

Drive focus on personal and professional development by encouraging skill development and monitoring performance against individual goals
Ensure conduction of training and development activities in line with technical and behavioral skills required by the team, deliver trainings related to functional skills where required
