Responsibilities:
1. Planning & Scheduling of Meetings/Appointments.
2. Preparing & editing correspondence, reports & presentations.
3. Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
4. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
5. Organizing events and conferences.
6. Keeping a close track on CEO’s calendar
7. Facilitate/coordinate various management forums and follow-up with various leadership members, stakeholders towards timely closure of action items. End to end responsibilities from protocol management to follow-up of action items from management office.
8. Typing, compiling and preparing reports that are received before passing the information on to the leadership team members.
9. Managing databases and filing systems.
10. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
11. Must do all required follow-ups with respective HODs
12. Preparing of presentations wherever needed
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Excellent written and verbal Communication skills. Fluency in communication is a primary requirement.
2. High energy and willingness to learn.
3. Excellent Calendar Management skills, great Follow ups
4. Excellent Presentation and Microsoft office skills.
5. Should have EA/PA/PS experience. Smart and Presentable.
6. Energetic & confident
7. Will prefer urgent joining.
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹450,000.00 per year
