Job Description
1. Ensure smooth running of accommodation facilities, including the safety and wellbeing of company staff.
2. Develop and build positive relationships with Accommodation owners.
3. Communicate with HR department to coordinate and plan the allocation of accommodation, shifting of staff, removal of staff those who exited from company.
4. Arrange repairs and maintenance of the Accommodation facilities as & when required.
5. Inspect the accommodation by doing surprise check randomly either day or night time to check staff not doing any unwanted practices.
6. Coordinating for ‘Employee tenant verification forms’ of new joiners & inward the same in Local Police Station.
7. Maintain staff inventory & accommodation inventory.
8. Coordinating & solving staff grievances on day to day basis.
9. Maintaining accommodation documents – Leave & License Agreements, Renewal of L&L, any rent unpaid, rent arrears, etc.
10. Preparing statements for payment of Electricity bills, Water bills, Water tanker bills, Sewage tanker bills, Maintenance bills, etc.
Education qualification – Any Graduate/Under Graduate.
Experience – 3 to 7 years in Admin or similar field.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹16,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
