  • Managing database of in-coming and out-going orders.
  • Providing clients with timely updates and status.
  • Updating stock and details on our e-commerce platform.
  • Coordinate with internal Operations teams for accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
  • Booking courier dispatches and collections.
  • Weekly data entry of analytics and website statistics.

Requirements

  • Must be a graduate
  • Must have good written & verbal communication.
  • Must have strong follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Must be willing to learn new things.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹200,000.00 – ₹250,000.00 per year
